Referrals come primarily from battered women's shelters and a variety
of other social services agencies, churches and schools. Women
interested in the program can refer themselves or have a professional
make the referral for them.
Requirements for Acceptance into Chadwick Residence, A Resident:
- Must be homeless
- Must have income (P.A., SSI/SSD, employment,etc.)
- Must be at least 16yrs. old
- May have up to 2 children up to the age of 7yrs. (families in the supported apartments can have older children)
To Apply to Chadwick Residence
There are three ways to apply to Chadwick. You may choose any one of the following:

- Click HERE to fill out and submit the Initial Inquiry form online.
In addition, every applicant to Chadwick Residence must:
- Complete a phone screening
- Meet with the Intake coordinater
- Attend scheduled group orientation
- Obtain or verify a source of income
