CASE MANAGEMENT
Caseworkers provide day-to-day assistance by making referrals to counseling, day treatment programs, parenting training, or domestic violence support groups. Staff assists residents to develop and achieve individualized goals as they move toward independence.
Residents work with a case worker to develop a realistic plan of action to meet their goals and dreams. Staff helps residents get their basic needs met such as public assistance, Medicaid, foodstamps, and healthcare.
